I purchased the medium, which is a challenge, but I'm looking forward to working my way down to the base. #goals Until I get there, the first few inches and the beginning curve of the hook are giving me prostate pleasure like I've never experienced before. I purchased the MED size after much deliberation. I have many Hankey's toys so was pretty sure I'd like it. I absolutely LOVE it. The designer of this thing is a genius that really understands the male anatomy. Because of that intense upward curve, it can be a little challenging to get in, but once you get this inside your hole, you'll be hooked (pun intended). When that head passes over your prostate, it is the most intense and complete stimulation. I put this on my fuck machine and was leaking immediately. With every stroke my brain and body went into pleasure overload. The underside of the curve provides great stimulation as well. This is definitely a toy you want to use with a friend. I'm now thinking about getting the Large.
