I get paddled every Monday morning before I go to work and this is the instrument I choose to receive that paddling. It lands a very predictable stroke so even those new to paddling can get a good feel for swinging it and receiving it quickly. It spreads force nicely, leaves redness which lasts a while as a reminder and is just a good, fun everyday discipline tool.
