Safety & Sizing

Your pump tube should be large enough to allow the tissue of your penis to expand, but not so large that it begins to pull your scrotum into the tube when pumping. Mr. S recommends a tube that leaves roughly a pinky’s width of gap between the outside of your erect penis and the inside wall of the tube.

To find the right size, wrap a string loosely around your cock when hard and measure the string's length. Then use the following guide to help determine the cylinder size you need.

Overall great buy especially compared to those crappy cheaper cylinders. In the case, you definitely get what you pay for. I bought the 11" long oval @ 2" diameter. At 8" natural length and 6" girth I can pump out to 9.5" and 6.5" girth. Low pressure for 15 min sessions give you longer lasting pumps. Along with jelqing and stretching , this has help me achieve great results! Highly recommended.

Although I believe this device won't ever produce permanent results in size, when used with a safe pressure it does produce both a noticeably wider girth and length than normal and feels and looks amazing getting there. Very pleased with it.

Increase your pleasure by inserting about three lengths, one inside the other, of rough texture bovine latex artificial insemination sleeves for a wonderful feel you won't be able to believe. Comes in six foot lengths from Nasco Farm Supply. You can cut them to your desired length. Very inexpensive!

Review of Mr. S. Oval Pumping Gear

I purchased one of these several years ago and I have not been disappointed. The cylinder is super thick and the base is pretty easy to get a seal with. After pumping for a while you'll notice that your meat is much heavier and thicker. When I'm pumping my dick I generate a lot of precum and that's great for jacking or fucking after a pumping session.

I've had plenty of "inexpensive" cylinders over the years, this is by far the best designed cylinder I've owned.
