The quality of their products and especially their hoods are excellent, I was amazed with mine that I personalized, I am very happy awruff. The only detail is that when it is an international order, they charge a separate fee for customs, and if it is a bit expensive, other than that, everything is perfect

There are not enough words to describe how happy I am with this hood.

The first hood I'd ever bought was from a local store in my area. It was a mass produced one that only came in 1 size, medium, that the store hung up by the ears and chin with clamp hangers that left permanent dents on those areas. It was a bit too small for me and really squeezed my face. Seriously, I thought if it was any tighter I would've popped! But it served me well for a couple years while I saved up for the big leagues, a custom Mr S hood! I'd learned of Mr S through the TikTok Pup Pack and knew I had to have one!

Now that I have it I can't say enough good things about it! The quality is incredible, definitely top of line. The fit is perfect with only a small gap between my hairline and the stitching line of the crown and base but I got used to it pretty fast! I actually fell asleep with him on, by accident, I just wanted a few sleepy puppy pictures. Slept great by the way, best in weeks! Customer service was amazing and very helpful when we ran into an issue with shipping. Long story short, access points are pain, just ship to a UPS store and pay the fee if you can't ship to your home for whatever reason.

All in all, I am very happy. I can't wait to wear him to PRIDE next year!

My pup and I both ordered custom hoods and we couldn't be happier! We both chose different options and colors to match our gear. Talk about the ways to be inventive by the sheer number of choices in the design process. Currently writing this review in my hood. I tell you that this will bring your mind into the right headspace and it is comfortable enough to wear for hours including during strenuous chores for those pup doing their duty to their Alpha. I am one happy Alpha Rubber Faggot... and while after 2+ years our hoods are going strong with Weekly (or more) wear, I believe we shall be buying another set soon... HIGH HIGHLY Recommend this... And even able to get some premade versions when I see Mr. S at cons like IML and MIR

I ordered my first puppy mask from another online marketplace because of its low price. However, I was very disappointed in the way the package arrived, the poor packaging, and the poor quality of the product. Once I had saved enough money, I ordered this product because I wanted something more personalised and of a higher quality. The result: there are no words to describe the quality, the packaging and the material. The quality of the fabrics, the neoprene and the stitching is very noticeable. It is completely symmetrical and fits great. I received the product perfectly packaged, insured and I received some little gifts such as a key ring and a couple of stickers, in addition to the instructions for maintenance of the mask and the receipt with a thank you note. Without a doubt, it was a good decision to order the mask here, and it was well worth both the time and the money invested. It has encouraged me to try other products because of the high quality they offer. 10/10.

I was just stunned when I opened the box - it was packed very well. When I saw my new hood I was speechless, it turned out better than I could have hoped for. The color and stitches were amazing. The quality is definitely top notch. 10/10 will buy all my pup supplies from here.

Ok so today I got my custom hood and omg it's so soft and well made I almost cried the craftsmanship is amazing it came so quick shipped on Thursday and came today. I just don't want to take it off so 10000/10

Awroooo! I've wanted a puppy hood from Mr. S for months, conflicted between getting a pre-made one or a custom one. And let me tell you... if you have the resources, are willing to wait for it to be produced, and have a unique design, saving up a little more is absolutely worth it. These hoods are the best on the market. There are so many colors and details to choose from that you can really narrow something down that fits you. I ended up choosing a mix of black, white, royal blue, grey, and pink, and it came together perfectly. It's so clear that these hoods are made with so much care and attention to detail. Knowing that every piece was put together by a person and not a machine makes it even more proud to wear and personal. The material (I used only matte colors) is soft, super comfortable to wear, and you feel like a pup the second you slip it on. You can be so expressive with your eyes, tilting your head, sticking out your tongue, etc., that it is easy to convey your mood without words. Plus, I love the inclusion of metal wire in the ears so you can bend them to match your personality or mood even more. The people at Mr. S and the company itself have the finest kink/fetish gear on the market and clearly have much care for their customers. Every question I had leading up to ordering my hood was answered by the amazing customer support team. I will wear my hood with pride knowing it was made by such great people. Thanks, Mr. S! You guys have yet another happy puppy in your ranks!

This is my second hood, first from Mr S! It is amazing and totally worth the money!!!!! I have nothing bad I can say... even though it felt like it took a long time to this impatient pup it was defiantly worth waiting!!!!!

I've had quite a few different pup hoods but none quite like this one. As soon as I received the package I pawed it open and slipped it on. I'm a small but mighty pup, and the Small was PERFECT in my case. There's no lumps on the crown and the neck doesn't flare out. The high quality neoprene definitely fits like a second skin. Well done Mr. S staff, you've done it again! *round of a paws*

Decided to retire the old neoprene hood, after several years and heavy use. Decided I wanted to do a custom hood this time. I absolutely love it- the colors so bright and vibrant, everything about this hood is awesome. I did a combination of Hunter, Navy, Aqua and shiny black. The hood is everything I wanted and turned out amazing. Excellent craftsmanship as usual from the production team… Highly recommend this hood to any pup that wants to express themselves in any way they desire. Well worth the wait.

What a great hood! Looks adorable, easy to care for, fits perfectly, colors are gorgeous. On top of all of this, Instead of just looking at the layout and saying “eh, fuck it” Cido from MSL reached out to me to help correct the mistakes I made in my original diagram. I cannot believe how well this hood turned out for me! Customer Service communicates with you better than your Instagram DMs and they’re so reliable, props to them. This hood is stretchy and fits my XL head perfectly, it still smells like it came right from the factory and it even comes with care instructions??

This has been by far the best purchase as my pup grew into himself. He took hours choosing each piece and then when it came (a week early) there was no rest had that night... the smell of the neoprene, his eyes shining through the well crafted orbits... and the color choices had me seeing my pup as he sees himself. And though he was to debut it at IML this year, he has modeled it with the jock and harness we got through MR. S many, many times. I tried it on and we both agreed that it fit fantastic. The construction is well put together. Easy to breath in. Won't feel claustrophobic. And the feel.... well let's just say that you can drag your tongue across it and only be turned on. As a matter of fact, I have just filled out the form for mine to begin. Arrrroooooowwww! and can't wait to pup strut at the next event. By the way... works great as a piece of cosplay gear for those wanting an out of this world feel!
