I started adding these to my small Bullballs stretcher until I could comfortably wear 2 of the latter. They hold their shape well (even while jogging in high heat).
If you can comfortably wear 9, then you can probably double stack the smaller Bullballs.
I'm kinda rough on these, too. I use them with an oil based lube and store them in a Tupperware container while in use. They don't tear or break and are an incredible value for their price point.
