Use them as stretchers and cock rings. At first very tight as a ring and feels amazing makes me cock and balls swell, stretches over time to not be so tight but still tight enough.
I like wearing a ring all day and this is great for that, tight but comfortable. Because it’s thick it also stretches balls up the shaft when worn as a ring. Sometimes a shift will cause just enough discomfort/pain to remind you you have it on.

dude. this ball stretcher is the real deal. i love putting it on to go out to do errands and also like to have it enhance solo play as well as coupled play. it makes my balls almost blue at some points and really provides a big load in the end. truly enjoy this product.

Not sure how to get this on, but it's way too small for me to get my balls into this.. Each of my balls is about the size of an average egg, so not going to happen.. It feels comfortable to the touch so I am giving it a 3 star for softness.

I love a good stretch and this ball stretcher is far and away the best I've ever tried!
It's super comfortable -- I could wear if for days on end without any problems. Because of the shape, there is no risk of a ball popping out, which happens to me with some of the more hardcore stretchers. *And* it gives a nice stretch along with snugness and weight, so you feel your ballz being pulled and coddled in the utmost comfort.

Brought this a few days ago. Tried it out and even slept with it on. Nice squeeze to push the balls down. Definitely need some lube to settle it behind the balls. Comfortable wear until the morning for a nice stretch. Thinking about putting on my stainless steel split ring on first, then pulling this behind the ring to get a good push on the boys.

Recently got this item. It is the perfect length to stretch your balls, but not too much so you can't wear it for long. Also, just the right amount of "squeeze" too. It doesn't cut off your circulation, doesn't rub or chafe. Feels really good on, and I can wear if for as long as I choose, which is a pretty long time!!! My favorite ball toy! Recommend it.
