Arm Sizing
Measure your arm where your bicep meets the bottom of your shoulder muscle. Do not flex while measuring, and it helps if you have a buddy measure for you.

Bought a few of these for a title event. They fit and look great. No pinching slipping or sliding like you get with some of the cheaper bands.

There are two sets of snaps for adjustability so you can go one size bigger if necessary.
