I bought the 40mm chain and was thrilled that there was a silicone body-safe option for anal beads (this means they can be fully sanitized for safe toy sharing). Like some other commenters mentions you can likely handle one size bigger than you think, but the popping sensation on removal is sensational even in the smaller sizes. I did notice that when I had all 4 beads inserted they would occasionally pinch internally when pressing together. This was not an issue with only 3 balls inserted because they were not "folding over" if that makes sense. I believe a SLIGHTLY shorter distance between the balls would solve this issue and the only reason I did not give 5 stars.

Got the silicone anal chain 50mm size and to be honest I was nervous I chose too big a size. I'm proud to say I took 3 beads in the first go around. And holy FUCK was it intense...I don't think I've ever felt that full by any other anal toy. Absolutely amazing. And yes...what they all say below...get the next size up from the one you think you can handle!

Got my 40 mm ass ballz two days ago. Very excited but took me over 48 hours to try it. I was thinking of getting the smallest (30 mm) but I saw a comment telling people to get the next thing bigger than you think fits you and I did. Love all my Mr. S toys. I got the 40mm and 60mm anal chain. The 40mm go in no problem and feel great coming out. There good for quick in and out then repeat,repeat,repeat. The 60mm take some time to play with,I got three beads in and the forth is some work to do. All in all great toys to the collection and love the silicone over that other stuff toy are made from.

These things are great, and do just what you expect. Just be sure you are clean inside, because these balls are very efficient in pulling out any poo that's in there -- especially the first couple of balls to go in (which go in the deepest).
I like these balls both for the cool sensation of inserting them and removing them, and for the feeling of being stuffed when they're all in place. I haven't tried wearing them around to experience this feeling during daily activities, but I'll probably try that soon.
