Deluxe Ball Gag - Red

One of the best ball gags you'll ever use. If you like the look of a ball gag in your sub's mouth (and who doesn't), you're going to love this gag. This Deluxe Ball Gag is comfortable and effective so it can be worn for long periods of time.

If you have tried other less expensive ball gags with thong or wide leather straps, you know how uncomfortable they can be or how easy it is to push out the ball. This version blows those knock-offs out of the water. We recommend the small one for most women and the medium one for most men. You'll need a really big mouth for the large one.

Adjustable neck strap will fit a wide variety of heads. Locking post allows you to attach a small keyed alike lock so your sub can't get out until YOU decide it's time.

The Synthetic Rubber (latex free) that covers the ball extends out to cover the mouth straps and makes this extremely comfortable on the corners of your boy's mouth.

Available in three sizes. Locks sold separately.

strap too short

great product, has a REAL leather strap (not elastic like you find at the Mall) but it's not long enough for big heads.

What a perfect fit and material

I’m in love with that gag! Looking for a good one for a long time. One you’ve got the right size ( that I measured before i order) you can wear it as long as you want. With the part along the ball made with same material as the ball, it’s really comfy. No pinching to your lips that you can find with other ones! Just want to use it every time!

Great ball gag but strap is too short

Went to use this is a session for a sub with an average to smaller sized head. The strap was too short and I had to end up using an old ball gag I already had with a much longer strap. I may reorder this but customize it with about two more inches of leather strap to accommodate more subs.

Slight problems

The ball part and the gag all together would be great. But I have a bigger head than most apparently. So sadly I can't use it until I hopefully can get a leather extender made. To get another 3 inches of strap. Oh well I wish it would have worked out or maybe Mr. S. if you are listening maybe help me out with an extention strap that I can buckle into the existing strap. I will pay for it I just want to use this gag it could be great. Thanks

I have a big mouth and this large gag opens my jaw nicely, but not to the point its uncomfortable. Ball is high quality and doesn't have the smell that cheaper gags have. Plenty of adjustability to really tighten down. Another great product!

The 2" model of this gag is a serious device. It fills the mouth very well, and properly adjusted it does not come easily out. The buckle can handle a padlock with a 5 mm shackle. Even with the hands free, it is very hard to move at all. I have tested if I am able to get it out when it is locked, but to no avail. There are in reality two ways to get this gag out when it is locked (and which can be prevented if done right):1. Cut the strap. (Keep any sharp object like scissors or knives out of reach for a gagged person to prevent that)2. Use the proper key to unlock the padlock. Remove the padlock and unbuckle the gag. (It is strongly recommended to keep strict control over spare keys. A better brand padlock is far harder to pick)Maybe this is a proper gag to help someone to keep their diet ... :D

i just got a ball gag that my Master ordered for me. i had the smaller size and many other gags, but He decided to order me the x large ball gag. It is snug, but comfortable for the most part.

I ordered the large red and black gag and absolutely love it. It is by far the most comfortable ball gag I have ever experienced and the craftsmanship is top notch. I would highly recommend this over other ball gags on the market.

When they say that the extra-large takes a big mouth, believe them! I can fit my whole fist in my mouth, but even my jaw is stretched by this one (I'm wearing it at the moment) and the coated straps really do make it far more comfortable than other gags I've had.

Great gag but can chew coating

This gag is well made, and if tight enough, stays in place no matter how hard you try to spit it out. The only issue is that you can easily chew through the silicone coating and expose the ball underneath. For anyone that likes to struggle/chew to get their gag out, the coating will fail rather quickly.
