I can't say how good this gag is. I'm loud as, and this thing keeps me quiet. It fills my mouth well. Perfect for long scenes where you need a bit of impact and something to frustrate the guy in long wear. I've used quite a few gags, this is my top choice.

This is not a gag for beginners. This will keep you quiet for sure! Incredible leather work, looks way better in person. Gag fills the mouth nicely and will take any chomping . Looks fantastic on and tightens down very snugly.

I've had this gag for three years now, and absolutely love it. When Master asks which gag I want for a party, invariably I request this one. No matter how hard I try, I cannot bite through it. A 'bit' of a [size] disappointment

Not quite what I expected. I read many reviews saying "it fills the mouth." No matter how I put it on, there's plenty of room to muffle audible sentences and move it around with the tongue. I was expecting full stop talking or at most muffled moans -- but it didn't "fill the mouth" as I'd hoped. The pecker gag tapers into the latigo leather rather than being one with the latigo leather so it lets the teeth sink -- which leaves room to open/close the jaw. I was figuring that if it fills the mouth then the jaw shouldn't be able to move one way or the other. The product itself is well made and certainly seems like it could hold up to a lot of play. Alas I tried it twice and both times it didn't meet my higher expectation. So I'm back on the prowl -- still looking for that truly "mouth-filling" gag.
