I fucking love this gag! One of my all-time favorites! This is my second one. The mouthpiece in my first Wedge Gag, originally purchased more than ten years ago, was dead and I was super sad about it, but now I have a brand-new one to spend years breaking in and I'm happy again! I've already strapped it onto a number of lucky boys and howled into it myself during fun sessions! Thanks Mr. S!

I got this customized with padding, once I got it I had to add extra holes because they were spaced a little too far apart so I put an extra hole in between each one. Works great, but in order to make it super secure you have to attach the d ring to something above the sub that way they cant push the gag out and down.I made a little harness attachment that snaps on to solve that problem but I do love this gag for its heft
